Farmer's Market Mural
As a high school art teacher, sometimes I get asked to facilitate school or community art projects that can generate quite a bit of enthusiasm. Recently, a member of Sumter's Downtown Revitalization Board asked me to design and paint a 39' x 16' wall mural with my students to promote vegetable gardening in our community. We have been practicing the still life painting techniques of Qiang Huang so what a bold way to practice the skills I learned in his workshop.
